We know starting something new can feel like a big step. That’s why we’ve put together answers to the questions we hear most often.
Not at all. Our gym is open to everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned boxers. If it’s your first time, our coaches will introduce you to the basics — stance, movement, guard, and punches — so you feel comfortable straight away. As you progress, we’ll gradually challenge you with new skills and techniques, always at a pace that suits your fitness and confidence.
All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive trainers, and a bottle of water. If you don’t have your own gloves or wraps, we have equipment you can borrow or purchase at the gym. As you continue, you may want to invest in your own gloves, hand wraps, and gumshield — especially if you’d like to spar later on.
Absolutely. Boxing is one of the best full-body workouts you can do. It builds strength, improves cardiovascular fitness, boosts coordination, and helps with weight loss — all while keeping things fast-paced and exciting. Even if you have no interest in stepping into the ring, boxing drills and conditioning will push you harder than a standard gym workout.
We run structured sessions for juniors, teens, and adults. For younger members, our focus is on building fitness, discipline, and confidence through fun, safe training. For adults, classes range from beginner-friendly fitness sessions to advanced technical and sparring work. No matter your age, there’s a program to suit you.
No, you don’t need to be fit before you begin — fitness comes with training.
